If we detect rule violations — such as using someone else's deposit method, attempting fraud, or multi-accounting — we'll email you with details and suspend your account pending review. You can respond to us at [email protected] within 7 days. If the breach is confirmed, we may close your account and withhold funds.

You can update your phone number, email and address in Settings > Profile anytime. Your deposit method and full name cannot be changed once verified, to comply with payment partner rules and fraud prevention. Contact support if you need an exception.

Your first withdrawal request triggers ID verification, which takes 1–4 hours. After that, subsequent withdrawals to the same DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account usually clear in under 60 minutes, depending on your bank.

Some rajaalam features and payment options depend on where local law permits. If you're in a region where a game or payment method is restricted, we'll disable it for your account. Contact support to confirm which options are available to you.

Your account belongs to you and is non-transferable. However, rajaalam retains the right to close or limit your account if you violate these Terms. Your funds remain yours; we'll never use your balance for our own business.

Report it immediately via Support > Dispute a Transaction. Include the game ID, exact amount and what you believe went wrong. We'll investigate within 24 hours and adjust your balance if an error is confirmed.
